Coaching is a space for reflection, exploration, and intentional action that meets you exactly where you are. Rather than telling you what you should do, I help you ask better questions, examine your assumptions, identify limiting beliefs and blind spots, and gain your own clarity.
Therapy generally focuses on mental health and healing. Consulting provides expert advice or solutions. Teaching builds knowledge and skills to a broad audience who may not be on the same journey or starting point, while mentoring typically involves guidance based on someone else's experience.
My role as a clarity coach is less about giving you answers and more about helping you find the answers that are right for you.
-
Clarity coaching is about creating the space to step back from the noise of everyday life and get clearer about what you actually want.
We explore questions like: What matters most to you? What are you optimizing for? What would a life aligned with your values, dreams, and desires look like? What is holding you back?
The goal is to help you find your own true north so you can make decisions with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.

I believe most people are capable of figuring out what is right for them—we just don't always have the time, space, or perspective to do it on our own.
My approach is grounded in curiosity, self-awareness, and personal agency. I don't believe there is one "right" way to build a successful or meaningful life.
My role is to help you think deeply, see things from new perspectives, and turn insight into intentional action—without becoming dependent on me to make your decisions for you.
-
I primarily work with ambitious, thoughtful people who have accomplished but are beginning to question what they are optimizing for.
Many of my clients are high-performing professionals, immigrants, overachievers, or people who have spent years pursuing a particular version of success and are now asking, "Is this actually the life I want?, and if not, what is the path to building the life I want?"
You don't need to have a specific problem to solve. Sometimes simply knowing that something doesn't feel quite right is enough to start. This is where my own personal journey started, just a gut feeling that something is not right!
-
There is no fixed script.
We start with whatever feels most important to you. I ask questions, reflect back what I'm hearing, challenge assumptions when useful, and help you organize your thinking.
Sometimes we'll spend an entire session unpacking one question. Other times we'll identify a small experiment or next step.
The goal is to create a space where you can think more clearly and honestly than you might be able to on your own. Clients often leave our conversations with greater clarity, a new perspective, or a better sense of what they want to do next.
-
Yes. I work with clients remotely, primarily through video calls.
Because coaching is fundamentally about conversation and reflection, remote sessions work very well regardless of where you are located.
-
Most clients meet with me once every 1–2 weeks, depending on their goals and what feels useful.
I generally work through defined coaching packages rather than open-ended coaching. This creates momentum and gives us a natural opportunity to reflect on progress.
My goal isn't to create a long-term dependency. I encourage my clients to graduate from the program after a certain number of sessions. It's to help you develop greater clarity and confidence in navigating your own life.

Clarity coaching may be a good fit if you're ambitious, curious, open to self-reflection, and willing to question some of the assumptions behind your choices.
You might be asking:
"I've accomplished a lot, so why don't I feel more fulfilled?"
"I know what I'm supposed to do, but I'm not sure it's what I want."
"I have too many possibilities and don't know which direction to take."
"I feel stuck… I am anxious… I am exhausted… I am experiencing burn out at work."
You don't need to know exactly what you want before we begin. Uncertainty is often a good reason to start.
You can always schedule a 30-minute free discovery call. I will tell you if I think you are or not for my clarity coaching services.

Then we are a good fit!
I don't see myself as someone who has the answers to your life. You are the expert on your own life, you have been with yourself 24/7 for decades, know and feel your own emotions, desires, and fears better than anyone else, and know the constraints and range of options and possibilities in front of you.
I may offer a perspective, ask a challenging question, or point out a pattern—but ultimately, the decisions are yours.
My goal is not to tell you what to do. It's to help you become clearer about what you want, why you want it, and design a practical roadmap to do small tests and ultimately achieve what you want.
It sounds simple, but getting there often requires stepping back, asking some uncomfortable questions, and giving yourself permission to consider possibilities you may not have considered before.
I am here to help if we are a good fit.
